The contract is based on the installation of LTHW, Chilled, Condensate and Gas pipework to 7 floors of offices and 2 floors of residential appartments. The pipe work feeds 355 fan coil units on a 4no pipe system into the boiler room, roof top, chiller areas and associated pump rooms. Areas of Installation: Basement to 6th Floors - Office Area 7th and 8th Floors - Apartments Basement - Plantrooms Roof Level - Dry Coolers. Services Supplied: LTHW Chilled Water Condensate Water Services Pipe Sizes: 1/2" to 12" pipework pre-fabricated within workshop at Luton, including all screwed sub-mains pipework to the fan coil units which reduces the labour force on site.
