Description Main Contractor: HBG Construction Value of Project: £950k Duration of contract: 12 Months No. of Site Operatives: 10-25 No Maidenbower School Ifield School Thomas Bennett School Desmond Anderson School F&S Pipework undertook a PFI project for HBG Construction which consisted of 4 schools. Within these schools we undertook the mechanical installations only. Maidenbower School, a senior school, contained 349 radiators. Ifield School, a junior school, contained 240 radiators. Thomas Bennett school is a senior school and contained 320 radiators. Desmond Anderson, a junior school, had underfloor heating installed. Each school had its own plantroom and large gas pipework installations, which fed the boilers and science blocks. The project valve for all four number schools, was £950,000.00.
