Description F&S carried out this pipework and plumbing installation in 2003-2004 for Kier Build which is situated within the centre of Birmingham. The project was a commercial office development which consisted of 10 floors, lower basement, basement and upper basement levels. Across the floors there were a total of 620 fan coil units fed from a four pipe system which was distributed from a roof top boiler and chiller plant. On all floors there was a male/female toilet block and 2 no. cleaner areas. Within the basement areas there was a large drainage and rainwater plumbing installation. We also carried out the oil feed pipework from basement oil tanks to rooftop generators. This was a 16 month project and was successful for both F&S and our client. The final account was agreed mutually for the sum of 1.3 million.
