No Of Operatives on site : 20no Duration of Contract: 12 Months The Orchard, Ealing St Bernards Hospital Uxbridge Road Southall Middlesex UB1 3EU The installation is on a 60 bedroom Mental Health Unit across 2 floors where F&S Pipework have undertaken all mechanical and Public Health Services. The pipework distribution is fed from Plantroom areas throughout the building feeding the bedroom areas where to a heat source which is through an underflow manifold system and the Domestic Water and Soil & Waste. Pipework is designed within a POD type set-up where pipework is enclosed in a secure cupboard feeding into the bedroom ensuite that no damage can be carried out to the pipework damaging the bedroom fabric. Area of Installation: Ground to 1st Floor - Hospital Services Supplied: LTHW Chilled Water Condensate Water Services Gas Mains Installation Detail: 1/2" to 8" pipework pre-fabricated within workshop at Luton.
