Prefab Pipework

Our pre-fabrication workshop based in Luton caters for all ranges of pipework systems from screwed & socketed , grooved mechanical systems & fully welded systems to sizes of 500mm dia.

Our pre-fabrication workshop is dedicated to assisting our on site installation teams enabling them to meet the evermore demanding deadlines and programmes that we are faced with at site level , this also reduces the quantities of labour required on site helping us more easily manage our site process including the levels of health & safety requirements.

Our pre-fabrication workshop also assists us in bringing projects in on time and on budget.

Our pre-fabrication is carried as per contract specification and we offer both Class 1 & Class 2 welding processes.

Our pre-fabrication is procured from client working drawings where we then develop full isometric drawings along with drawing issue sheets ensuring that we can trace any revisions to our issued isometrics , we then issue demarcation drawings identifying the location of the pre-fab spools assisting our site installation teams when installing.

Our processes are carried out under our full ISO 9001 accreditation and throughout the project we issue all documentation to our client detailing our processes including our quality checking system , weld mapping including all fabricator,welders and inspectors identification ensuring that our quality is kept to a absolute maximum standard.

We also offer similar services for secondary steelwork installations which is carried out to assist the installation of our pre-fab pipework delivered to the project.

For the larger type projects we also offer fully designed modular , pumps skids,valve set frames , pipe racks etc,etc which again assists in programme restraints and project budgetary issues.

Our pre-fabrication workshop is fully compliant and has been audited & endorsed by some of our leading clients whom form part of the MCG.

We have our own transport facilities along with mechanical lifting systems such as as Hiab facility on our 14 Tonne lorry which assists in the off loading of our pre-fabrication which helps to keep manual handling to a minimum and we also have a fork truck facility enabling us to load the pre-fab on to our transport at our Luton workshop all of which are carried out with a fall arrest system in place.
